If you double click on the photos with writing on them it will enlarge and you will be able to read it better. I apologize, this is a new feature I have just FINALLY figured out.
Yesterday when I was at a doctors appointment with my farmer friend I came upon the recipe in a magazine….jotted it down….and cooked it last night. It was simple and delicious therefore I’ll share with you and have in my archives for future retrieval. The recipe was shared by Tracy Smith, an organic farmer in NH. Traciesfarm.com is her web page if you’d like to peek around at any of her recipes, I plan too!
